This is an original press photo. Snite Sits Up In Smaller 'Lung'-Far less cumbersome than the 900-pound "iron lung" in which 26-year-old Fred B. Snite, Jr., has been encased for more than two years is Fred's new and comparatively tiny chest respirator, which weighs a mere nine and one half pounds, and which permits him to "sit-up" like this.
