SHIPPING & HANDLING - Due to several issues relating to shipping, the shipping has changed on all my auctions. I am not able to ship for free. Handling time on all auctions is 10 days from payment. I try to get the items shipped within the 10 day window, but sometimes  I'm not able to retrieve the items at my client’s residence quickly. RETURNS - I only accept returns if the item is damaged and not described.  Your full refund will be made, but the BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE for return shipping costs.  Must be shipped insured if it was sent insured.   If you don't like the item or it doesn't fit, that does not qualify for return shipping.  It is the buyers responsibility to as specific questions if it is not marked in the auction. DAMAGED ITEMS DURING SHIPPING - I insure ALL my items during shipping. Items insured will be processed through the shipping vendor and refunded appropriately.  Item will need to be returned, most shipping companies pick the item back up.   All claims need to be made by me, not the buyer please. FRAGILE ITEMS – For all fragile items, I use generous amounts of bubble wrap or I use shredded foam for the porcelain pieces. The foam adds weight to the boxes and can be a bit messy opening the box so be aware. Please use caution when putting your hands into the box. SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT – Signature is required on all items over $250.00, NO EXCEPTIONS. Pricetronic/PayPal require this in order to protect the buyer & seller. INSURANCE –  All items will be shipped insured and signature required due to theft, damage and fraud. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – Anything outside the US will be shipped Priority Express. International buyers PLEASE NOTE :  Import duties, taxes and any other charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges.  these charges are and have always been the buyers responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be PRIOR to bidding/buying.  These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company when you pick up the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.  We DO NOT mark merchandise values below or mark items as "gifts", per US and International government regulations.
