Here we have a large and desirable Iron Mountain #10 Cast Iron Skillet made by the Griswold Manufacturing Comany in Erie PA. This pan is in very good used condition. Cooking surface shows a little sign of use but is still smooth to the touch. Has light utensil marks as shown. Bottom is crisp and clear.
Diameter: 11 3/4" across the rim
Weight: 4lbs 15oz
Has about 1/32" movement on our glass top stove. NOT a spinner and would work just fine.
Has been fully cleaned and seasoned with my own blend of natural Pennsylvania beeswax, crisco and olive oil.
Will be securely packed to ensure safe delivery.
