Antique Circa 1900 Ky. Hand-forged 27" Wide Iron

Just Getting Older...A very good example of a late 1800's-1900's Iron Cauldron Kettle Hanger /Carrier from a fireplace or outdoor fire 'pig ear' pot. All Hand Forged with heavy metal to a smooth and styled hanger.. A decent length of 14-1/4" from hinge to hook. Opens up to 27-1/2" stretch. Getting harder to find one in this good of condition. Found in old shed in Benton, KY. Probably used in one of the old R.R. Shacks' (circa 1900) two fireplaces a minute walk from the old Benton Train Depot.  Great look for kettle with 'ears' to hook to. Nice. Consider fair offers.Bless You.
