Has latch on it to keep legs open. Look at pictures 6 and 9 to see latch and how it works. You just pull out on latch for it to work.
Also, if you live by I-44 & I-40 between Chicago and Las Vegas I am going there April 20. I will not go more than 30 miles off the highway to deliver it or we can meet. Item must be paid for before by PayPal and the meet place must be in a place, I feel comfortable going to. Also, I-80 if there is no snow.
All wood is in great condition and legs are in great condition.
