SHIPPING POLICY Most of our jackets are Pre-Sale and if your required size is not in stock, we will make it and ship over to you in no time. Hence the shipping and delivery cycle takes 3 to 7 working days unless there is an exception. Custom made jackets and sizes not in stock are usually shipped from our overseas production facility in Asia through reliable FedEx/DHL to USA, Canada & Europe & SkyNet/DHL and TNT courier to UK, Ireland & Australia. Sometimes a jacket could be shipped from within USA through postal services such as USPS or UPS. Usually the delivery time for USA shipments is 3 to 5 working days while international delivery may take 5 to 7 working days depending upon the destination to EU or UK. We ship to the PayPal confirmed address and buyers are usually required to sign the parcel upon receipt, this is for safety reasons both for buyers and us. If an item is returned back to us or to the courier's depot for wrong address or buyer's non-acceptance for a reason, buyer will have to pay re-sending/restocking charges and in case of refund, deduction of shipping charges.
