Brand New Complete Cast Iron

The Brand New Complete and Assembled Cast Iron Cylinder Head for MGBs. Perfect stock replacement but with several uprated features to increase performance. These have the larger 1.62 intake valves, stainless exhaust valves, hardened steel retainers, hardened seats for the exhaust valves, and single valve springs. Similar to casting 12H-2709. C ombustion chambers are 40cc. The valves have been ground and the head is ready to install. (You will want to blow them out with an air hose and clean any preservative grease from them as with any new part but all machine and assembly work is complete.) These heads are set up to use the inline oil pedestal as used from 1955-1974. If you have a 1975-1980, you will need to change the rear rocker pedestal which is easy to do and inexpensive. These heads do not have smog port connections. We normally can supply the ones with the smog ports for the same price, but please inquire if that is what you want and we can make sure we have one in stock. Fast Shipping to the US.
