Vintage Pick / Axe handmade by a master blacksmith, iron welder, and it is OLD.
I can attest this impressive SOLID Tool, is a one of a kind masterpiece and it’s precision construction is unsurpassed. It has a variety of uses, because of its compact design.
It is a iron birdcage style that is sharp and HEAVY for its size, which is approx.
12” long
5.75” head
Since we’ve had it, we too only displayed it in the center of the living room, since it is just a stunning piece to show off and has ALWAYS been a conversational piece. It has heard thousands of ‘ooos & awwws’ over the years over its impressive quality, plus its story.
Legend has it, grandfather had it made to very specific specifications; firstly he wanted the best of the best TOOL

but he also wanted a unique design that he could display openly as an ART
piece.
all the while- being able to provide him an easy-access WEAPON
too (if need be).
This was the exact masterpiece that he described and desired.
I wasn’t going to part with it, but some med.bills came up, so everything is going.

📦*Most of the time, I ship the same day payment is received...if early enough. I only have the additional (‘2day’) ship-time listed, as a default since I’m not close to any larger shipping facilities and sometimes have to travel for them.
Items ship in original packaging (if so)and most economically despite what may be listed or unless otherwise noted by buyer, in which case additional fees may apply. If it's w/n a few dollars for more expedited way, I may be able to (&98% of the time) kick in the extra few bucks.
We ship to the lower 48 ONLY- despite what Ebay’s form may state- since they change it sometimes.
Also, as with all of our items that are vintage, new, like new, or stated such condition- there are no refunds since I am not a business...I am just a single mom 🤖trying to pay off all of the debt accrued from raising kids on my own.
