The cookware has a "slight movement" when sitting on a granite kitchen countertop. No Cracks or Breaks   __________________________________________________________________ If you intend on using the cookware, sanitize the cookware, know that the cookware is in used condition and know that the cookware was not tested prior to this sale. I’ll suggest heating the cookware on an outdoor grill and seasoning to your preference prior to use.  The cookware is currently preserved with flaxseed oil. In regards to the flatness of the cookware, we are using a five level grading system.  Each piece is tested on a granite countertop and given one of the following descriptions.
