Hot Toys mark 42 Damaged. As the photos show, the left shoulder is broken in the butterfly joint. I bought this figure second hand, so I'm not sure how they broke it. It doesn't just fall out though, it's pretty stable in there until you start moving it around. I was able to still get him in all the poses I wanted and everything.
Other than that, he's in great condition. The box is a little dusty but I tried to clean it as best I could.
He also comes with the Pepper Potts head.
