Original International McCormick Deering IHC LA LB 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 HP Hit Miss Gas Engine Cast Iron Flywheel. Has part #3554-DA cast on it. Has good cast iron crank handle with good return spring. Comes with original clamp bolt, half moon crankshaft key and old used seal washer that fits over the crankshaft behind the flywheel.
