Size and weight are approximate values. This piece has never been handled or displayed and comes to you in its original art box. The box was only opened once to ensure the quality of the content and to take pictures.  I inspected this very closely and found some items I'd like to highlight for full transparency.  For one, there is a very small paint chip on the top part of where the arc rector goes in.  You can see from the attached picture that it is tiny.  Secondly, on the top part of his head, right side on the gold paint, there seems to be the slightest discoloration.  This is simply from the manufacturer's paint job.  Again, this is shown in one of the pics.  Thirdly, on each side of Iron Man's cheek, there seems to be the slightest discoloration in the gold paint.  Honestly, you have to look at it in the right light to even see it.  There are two pics attempting to show it.  And lastly, there is very slight discoloration on the top of one of his shoulders.  See the last pic.  Outside of the small chip on the top of the arc reactor, the rest is just from the manufacturer's paint job and not actual damage or even noticeable for that matter.  But I just wanted to be fair to anyone who is buying this valuable piece.
