Note 2: We also offer a comparable filter containing 25% more KDF-85 and granulated catalytic carbon. Catalytic carbon has a higher capacity for hydrogen sulfide, chloramines, and organics than granulated activated carbon.

2.5" x 10" KDF-85/Granulated Activated Coconut Carbon filter cartridge specifically formulated for removal of Iron, Manganese, Hydrogen Sulfide, Chloramine, Chlorine, heavy metals, taste, and odors. In addition, KDF-85 has significant antimicrobial products. Manufactured using a blend of KDF-85 plus high adsorption capacity Coconut Shell Granulated Activated Carbon, the filter has excellent flow properties and will absorb up to 90% of dissolved iron (@ 5 ppm Ferrous Iron in water). Excellent for point of use drinking water applications and for use in shower filters.
