Taylormade Rocketbladez Tour Iron Set (This is the low offset, "tour" line that is more of a players distance, or CB)
LEFT HANDED
I am the original owner, purchased new in 2013, reshafted in 2016 and I have gamed them until this year. I have spent 10 months getting fitted a few times and fine tuning a new set of irons. I think I'm good for the next decade haha. The 4i is a Cobra F7 that I was using like a driving iron.
Set Info: 4 Iron
**Cobra F7 Hollow body at 39.5", standard lie angle, and swingweights at about D0 (lead tape on head)
**Shaft is an Aldila NV Green Hybrid 85s Stiff flex shaft
**Used as driving iron and could hit some nice punches with it but it does have a "game improvement" look to it (thicker topline, offset)
**Grip is a Golf Pride Tour Wrap 2G in Red - I hate this grip but it has life left in it. 5-PW, AW
**Taylormade Rocketbladez Tour Iron Set - Standard Length (5 is 39", etc, etc all the way down, the AW is same as the PW length-wise)
**LIE ANGLE is 2* FLAT (some are 1.5, some are 2.5 upon exact measurement but "2 Flat" is what they were ordered as and maintained at over the years.
**Swingweight around D1 in the 5, 6 and up to D3 in the PW/AW
**Shaft is a True Temper Dynamic Gold PRO S300 (Flighted Set) - The shaft logo stickers are intact but are set to different areas (not all are "logo down) Because These shafts were spine-aligned, FLO'd and reinstalled in 2017.
**Grips are New Decade MCC Plus 4 Standard in Red/black and have some good life left.
**Please note some of them have the ferrule slightly backing out. **The 8 iron has a slight rattle which I think is a piece of epoxy or something that is in the hosel **All irons have medallions in cavity intact, but some will have lead tape, and the original 6 iron cavity has some sharpie on it for some reason. its all in the pictures. **small ding on face of AW but not sure if it will affect, its more towards leading edge **Last picture is a marketing page with some specs such as loft/bounce, etc Extra Heads
I am including a spare 6, 7, and 8 iron head that matches the iron set....these have a little wear but are closer to Mint/Excellent - I used these sporadically to shaft test over the years. Extra Shafts
I am including 3 DG Pro S300 Pulls that match what is in the set, they are for a 4, 6 and 7 iron. These are just spares I had. All shafts are .355 hosel ID which is what the irons take.
All pictures show wear and some clubs have more wear than others, specifically the 7 iron and AW, I have indicated all this in the pictures too with which head/face is which club. Well cared for, Every club still holds the green well, this set was amazing and it took me almost a year of testing/playing to finally find a setup that kicked them out of the bag, and only barely. My miss is thin and towards the toe and my distance lost on the miss was very minimal (maybe 10 yards max from 150 with 8 iron). Distance control on solid shots with these were excellent.
