Includes the gasket and the seal. This has the single outlet, which is period correct for 1966-1967 Cadillacs (this will NOT fit the 1965 Cadillacs, as 65 required a double outlet). This water pump was sent out to a local rebuilder, not some assembly line rebuilder, who takes pride in ensuring the pump is rebuilt correctly. No warranty since I am not the one installing it. Too loose of a belt will cause a belt to squeal and too tight of a belt premature bearing failure, and potentially cause a leak because the pulley is being pulled too hard to one side for a prolonged period of time. Please look at all pictures as they are part of the description.  Fitment is verified by Cadillac Master Parts List (1.069); please do your own research as we do not offer refunds if it does not fit your vehicle. Please look at all pics and ask any questions prior to bidding. There are plenty of pictures & we purchased the zoom, so please use it.  What you see in the pictures is what you get. CORE RETURN DETAILS...MUST READ: Price includes $150 core fee, which is refundable upon return of your good rebuildable core. Core must be returned within 30 days from date of receipt, no exceptions, and must be a good rebuildable core (meaning the internal components cannot be frozen, rotted through, heavily rusted, heavily pitted etc.). If you're uncertain, you can always send us a pictures of your core first. Core must be the of the exact style single outlet water pump for the 1966-1967 Cadillac, same as the one you are receiving (again, if you are not sure what you have you can email us first).
