Vintage Cast Iron

This fabulous old cast iron rabbit door stop is a barn find, and is being offered in as-found condition. All original patina, spots, and heavy rust is left intact, with only a light dry brush before listing. We don't know what foundry this came from. Possibly Hubley or Albany, but we could not locate any identifying marks or numbers. Stands approximately 11.5" in height and weighs about 15 lbs. It looks like there was supposed to be a hole drilled in one half to secure it to the other half with a screw, but the hole was never made. The rabbit does stand without being fastened together, but it takes a bit of fiddling to get it relatively even. One ear is more rounded than the other.
