Vintage Cast Iron Corn Bread Stick Pan 11 Slot. Unmarked.
This pan is unmarked. Having researched it, found that the design and dimensions are precisely the same as the Griswold pan. Previous sales of unmarked pans that look just like this were listed as Unmarked Griswold, prior to my listing this item. The shape, the depth, the lipped handles, the hanging holes, and the measurements conform to the Griswold patent. Yet this pan has no manufacturers mark(s). It's possible it was once marked, marks may have filled with cooking oil and or worn down. I cannot say with any certainty. But it does not match any other 11 cavity cast iron bread stick pans I have seen, neither Wagner nor Favorite, nor any other unmarked examples. Use your best judgment. I am not a collector of cast iron nor an expert of cast iron cookwear. It's very old, that's evident by looking at it.
DESCRIPTION: Very good pre-owned, vintage cast iron corn bread or bread stick pan. 11 cavities/slots. Marked roughly with a "X" or "A" on one handle. Otherwise unmarked.
DIMENSIONS: Measures 14" in length (edge of handle to handle) x 7 1/4" wide. Contains 11 slots for cornbread sticks.
