This is a an unmarked Vollrath #8 Cast Iron Dutch Oven with Lid. It has been stripped in a lye bath and re-seasoned with Crisco twice in a 500 degree oven and is ready to use. It measures 10.5" across the top and 8" across the bottom and is 4" deep. The cooking surface is very smooth. The lid has some pitting around the outside edge as seen in the photos.
