Vintage Victorian Rustic Wrought Iron

Nice overall vintage condition. Features 3 tiers (6 trays in total). Has 4 hooks at the top for hanging plants. Clean cosmetics overall - shows some normal vintage wear such as surface wear in areas. Note - all the tiers are able to swivel. The arms with the hooks at the top are also able to swivel.
