Nice cast iron keeper with tapered edges for small rim locks. At one time we had nearly 20 small tapered rim locks and only one keeper, so we had a number of them recast from the one we had as we knew it unlikely we would ever find the number we needed to complete sets. The keeper opening measures 2 3/8" across the top rim and 2 5/8" along the bottom rim.  Screw holes are on 1 5/8" centers. The rim lock body shown in the pictures are not part of the offering but are pictured only for reference in helping to identify one of several locks the keeper will fit.
