This Vintage Cast Iron Billy Bounce Bank is of High Quality and is in Excellent Condition with Most the Original Paint Remaining as seen in photos. This Bank was Produced with (Turn Pin) in 1900 by Wing Manufacturing. Hubley produced this bank also in 1906 with a Screw. Increasingly Rare to Find! #14 on Page 65 in the Moore's Penny Bank Book...Produced in the 1900 The Hubley Manufacturing Company was first incorporated in 1894 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania by John Hubley. The first Hubley toys appeared were made of cast-iron, with themes that ranged from horse-drawn vehicles and different breeds of dogs, to tractors, steam shovels and guns.
